Slipstream 158 for DGDecNV:

* Enabled the Demux menu for elementary streams. This allows the user to output a trimmed elementary stream by setting a range, enabling demux of the video, and then saving the project. This capability had been inadvertently lost when the demux design was overhauled. [Etienne]

* Updated the DGIndexNV manual to account for the above change. The description for the COLORIMETRY line in the DGI file was also expanded.
